Standard Clean

A Home Cleaning Service, ideal for homes which have been professionally cleaned within the last 2 weeks. Includes…

• Bedroom - Shelving, nightstands, and bed frames are dusted and cleaned. Bed is made and tidied up

• Bathroom - Toilet, shower, handles, tub, sinks completely cleaned

• Kitchen - Counter tops, upper and lower cabinet faces (exterior only) dusted and cleaned, stove top and sink are cleaned and polished.

• All exterior surfaces in all rooms (furniture, appliances, etc.)

• Floors are mopped and vacuumed

• All window sills

This package includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. For additional services (extra bedroom, clean walls, windows, inside of the fridge, etc.) please select them on our scheduling page.

Deep Clean

A Home Cleaning Service ideal for homes which have not been professionally cleaned in more than 1 month. We use a special set of equipment for the Deep Clean. Recommended for all first time clients. Includes…

• Everything included in a Standard Clean PLUS…

• Dusting Poles are utilized - Ceilings, walls, and fans are dusted

• Step-Ladders are utilized to dust and clean hard-to-reach areas (on top of cabinets, high furniture, etc.)

• Baseboards are dusted and wiped

• Detailed dusting in all areas

• Extra time for additional detailed work in all areas

• All rooms are tidied up and lightly organized (to ensure that you get the most out of your Deep Clean Home Cleaning Service, we recommend that you prepare the space for our cleaners to focus on cleaning, instead of moving objects around. This is not required, but recommended).

Move In / Move Out Clean

As our most detailed package, the Move In / Move Out Clean service is intended to bring a home back to its original glow. We recommend this package for empty homes which need to get ready for a new homeowner, showcasing, staging, etc.

With our Move In / Move Out Home Cleaning Service, Lave Clean will make your home shine its best!
